I must have missed the skincare bit last night. I always tell people that zits on the chin are related to hormones, which is why women usually get a bunch of those really hard, under the skin bumps a week before their period. Sugar and caffeine and stress is all a part of that too.
Trying to remember about other areas. I think that the forehead is related to the pancreas. The neck is pure stress...I'll never forget having a huge zit on my neck for MONTHS that wouldn't go away, then cleared up two days after I quit my job. The cheeks are related to something as well, but can't remember. If you're only breaking out on one side of the cheek, then it's probably bacteria on your phone or pillow case. Dark circles under the eyes are related to the liver, which is why we get them bad on days we're hungover.
Raspberry leaf tea is good for balancing out hormones if you're breaking out on your chin. Make sure it's rapsberry leaf and not just a raspberry flavoring. Drink a TON of it. Make a quart iced and drink that too if it's easier. You'll see a big difference.
